These Website Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of https://healthtechremix.com (the "Website") and any related software (the "Software") or services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Healthtech Remix and its subsidiaries, representatives and affiliates (collectively, "Healthtech Remix", "we", "us" or "our") regardless of whether you, the customer or user, is a paid user or a non-paying visitor. These Terms, and any other terms and policies referred to in these Terms, form an Agreement between Healthtech Remix and the user (referred to as "Customer" or "you"), collectively referred to as the Parties or each a Party. These Terms govern your use and access to our Services, including our Website and/or Software, our notifications and any materials or content appearing therein.

These Terms are relevant for those wishing to use Healthtech Remix's Website and/or create an account and utilise the Services provided by Healthtech Remix.

1. About Us and our Services

We are Healthtech Remix, trading as Healthtech Remix. Our registered office is at 29 Quested Court, Brett road, London, E8 1JS.

Healthtech Remix is a digital platform and library providing insights, expert-curated analysis, and resources regarding the intersection of healthcare and technology. The materials available on and/or made available to the Customer on Healthtech Remix's Website and/or Software are curated from various sources from time to time to ensure that they are up to date as reasonably as possible.

2. Acceptance

Healthtech Remix owns, or holds the relevant rights to the Website and/or Software and will grant a non-exclusive license to the Customer, per the terms of this Agreement, and allow the use of the Website and/or Software.

This Agreement sets out the terms upon which Healthtech Remix has agreed to grant a license to the Customer to use the Website and Software. This Agreement is binding on any use of the Website and Software and applies to the Customer from the time that Healthtech Remix provides the Customer with an account ("Customer's account") to access and use the Website and/or Software ("Effective Date").

By accessing and/or using the Website and/or Software you:

• Warrant to us that you have reviewed this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy, with your parent or legal guardian (if you are under 18 years of age), and you understand it;
• Warrant to us that you have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with us or (if you are under 18 years of age) you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to access and use the Site and they have agreed to the Terms on your behalf; and
• Agree to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

You must not create a Customer's account unless you are at least 18 years of age. If you are a parent or legal guardian permitting a person who is at least 13 years of age but under 18 years of age (a Minor) to create a Customer account and/or use the Site, you agree to: (i) supervise the Minor's use of the Website and their account; (ii) assume all risks associated with, and liabilities resulting from, the Minor's use of the Website and their Customer account; (iii) ensure that the content on the Website is suitable for the Minor; (iv) ensure all information submitted to us by the Minor is accurate; and (v) provide the consents, representations and warranties contained in the Terms on the Minor's behalf.

3. Limitations of Use

Any breach of the limitations and/or restrictions set out in these Terms may result, at Healthtech Remix's sole discretion, in the termination of your access to the Website and/or Software. You warrant that you will not:

• Modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials and software contained on this Website;
• Introduce any code or device intended to interfere with the operation of any hardware or software, including bugs, worms, logic bombs, or viruses;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from any materials;
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server without prior express written consent;
• Knowingly or negligently use this Website in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks;
• Use the Website to transmit or publish harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material;
• Harvest, collect, or gather user data without consent;
• Sell, license, or exploit for any commercial purposes any use of or access to the content of the Service;

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

4.1. Your Account

You must provide truthful information and safeguard your password. Account sharing (one account used by multiple users) is strictly prohibited. If we suspect account sharing, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

4.2. Membership Plans

Healthtech Remix offers different categories of membership plans. Details of these plans (including features for Free, Pro, or Team tiers) are found on our Website. Pro plans are non-transferable. Team plans work on a "seat" basis, where privileges are assigned to specific users within the subscribed capacity.

5. Payment Terms

When you purchase a Plan, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge you. You represent that you have the legal right to use all payment methods provided. Failure to pay may result in limited access to Services.

6. Authorisation for Recurring Payments

All pricing plans involve recurring Subscription Fees. These recur monthly, quarterly, or yearly at the then-current rate. Fees are subject to change with prior notice. Your Plan continues until cancelled by you or terminated by us. We will automatically charge the payment information provided on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your Plan.

7. Taxes

Subscription Fees do not include taxes. You agree to pay all sales/use, value-added, or other taxes (including interest and penalties) associated with your transactions.

8. Refund Policy

Strictly no refunds will be offered unless required by law or at Healthtech Remix's sole discretion.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Plan any time; however, cancellation is effective only at the end of the then-current Plan period. You will not receive a refund for the remaining portion of the subscription period.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1. Healthtech Remix's Rights

The intellectual property in the materials contained in this Website/Software are owned by or licensed to Healthtech Remix and are protected by copyright and trademarks. Title to these rights remains with us or our licensors.

10.2. Your Rights

We grant Customers who have subscribed to paid plans permission to download one (1) copy of the Software for personal, non-commercial transitory use. This is a license, not a transfer of title.

10.3. Copyright Holders' Rights

Our Website may contain screenshots or references to third-party interfaces. These are used purely for educational and service purposes. Copyright Holders may request removal by contacting us at liam@healthtechremix.com or via post at 29 Quested Court, Brett road, London, E8 1JS.

10.4. Fair Use

You may make use of materials consistent with Fair Use provisions under applicable law. Healthtech Remix disclaims liability arising from your violation of Fair Use provisions outside of the Website.

11. Disclaimer of Liability
